About

Hi! I'm Tim Wells, the face behind ClutchRC. I immediately fell in love with RC cars after seeing a Kyosho Optima as a kid. During lockdowns, I rediscovered my childhood love for RC cars and purchased a Traxxas Rustler 2WD. But it wasn't easy to find information and resources geared toward beginners. So I created ClutchRC to be that beginner's resource with deep dives into upgrades, troubleshooting, and driving tips. I hope it will help other beginners enjoy the hobby as much as I do.
